As an Overnight Operations Manager, you’ll be a leader of the store team, managing critical day-to-day store operations including Back of House/Receiving/MTA and Markdowns, while serving as a role model for store associates. You will set the standard for providing excellent customer service and driving sales while coaching, training and developing your team. You’ll take charge of a variety of business operations to ensure the store is operating efficiently and successfully at all times in order to achieve maximum results.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of the store including but not limited to scheduling, payroll compliance, coordination of recruitment activities, inventory management, oversight of facilities maintenance, and overall implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure store associates are delivering excellent customer service
• Manage all Back of House operations (Receiving/MTA) and Markdowns
• Assist in management of all areas of store operations as needed

Candidates must have 2+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment and be able to work a flexible schedule; including early morning, nights, weekends and holidays as required. Candidates must also be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. and should be comfortable utilizing computerized scheduling and reporting software.
